Has my order been taken into account?

A confirmation e-mail is sent to you automatically once your order has been validated. However, we invite you to check your junk mail if you have not received your e-mail within a few minutes after its confirmation on our e-shop. 

You can also access your Perfumista customer account under "My Orders" to check whether the order appears in your order list. 

How can I access the tracking of my order?

Once your order has been validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming shipment.
You can also consult your tracking directly via your Perfumista account.
To do this, log in by clicking on "My account" at the top right-hand corner of our site, then click on "My orders". Then simply click on the tracking number.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we can cancel it and refund your order.
In this case, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has been dispatched by the warehouse, we will unfortunately no longer be able to cancel it.

Delivery

To which countries can I be delivered?

Perfumista delivers in Europe and all over the world.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For Europe, delivery times are 7 days by Colissimo.

Pour l’Europe, les délais de livraison sont de 7 jours par Colissimo.

For France, delivery times are 3 days by Colissimo.

For the rest of the world, delivery times can take up to 10 days. 

My order has still not been dispatched, why?

If the status of your order has not changed within 72 hours, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

We will then be able to contact our logistics team in order to provide you with a personalised response.

Return and refund

What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Returns must be made in their original packaging (intact transparent, sealed in their plastic packaging etc.) to enable them to be marketed.

Perfumista reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return does not comply with the return conditions.

Can I receive an exchange on my return?

We do not offer exchange via our online shop, any postal return will be subject to a refund.
If you would like an exchange, we invite you to place a new order online.

How long will it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt at the warehouse.
Please allow an additional 5 business days during sales periods.

 

Once the refund transaction has been processed by the customer team, please note that it will be visible on your bank account within 3 days.
